1. Introduction & Agreement

Welcome to The Loan Station (operated under Hexafin Services). By accessing our website, utilizing our loan advisory services, or participating in our Partner & Referral Program, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

Please read these terms carefully before submitting any referral lead or applying for financial services through our portal.

2. Nature of Services

The Loan Station functions as a professional financial consultancy and referral partner connecting borrowers with 70+ leading Banks and Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs) across India.

• We are not a direct lender; loan sanctions, interest rates, tenure, and disbursals are strictly determined by the respective Bank/NBFC partner based on their credit risk guidelines.
• We do not guarantee 100% loan approval as final credit decisions rest entirely with the underwriting banking partner.

3. Refer & Earn Partner Program

By participating as a Referral Partner/Agent and submitting client leads, you agree to the following payout guidelines:

• Lead Authorization: You confirm that you have obtained prior consent from the client (borrower) before sharing their personal and financial contact details with us.
• Payout Eligibility: Referral commissions are applicable only on successfully disbursed loans. Cancelled, rejected, or incomplete applications are not eligible for commission.
• Payout Timelines: Earned commissions will be transferred directly to your registered bank account upon receipt of clearance from the lender.
• Lead Duplication: If a lead is already registered in our system or actively being processed by another channel partner, the payout will be governed as per first-entry records.

4. Data Privacy & Confidentiality

We take customer data security seriously. All borrower information submitted through our forms is encrypted and shared strictly with partner banks and NBFCs for credit assessment and processing purposes.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Loan Station / Hexafin shall not be held liable for any delay or rejection in loan sanctions caused by incorrect documentation, credit score variations, or bank policy updates beyond our control.
